Yes, a person can be a member of multiple lists. Each list is entirely independent of each other.
By creating a user account on GroupPhoneLIst.com you will automatically get assigned a list. Then you get to name your list and receive a unique qr-code that your members get to join.
As the list manager you can always, ad a member, edit their information or delete a contact. The system is designed to let each member edit their own information, so ideally the manager will not have to do much to maintain a list.
No, you can decide as a group to protect the list with a password. The manager can set the group password from their control panel. The password can be entered manually or it can be added to the qr-code so that entry is automatic.
Ownership of a particular list can be transferred to a different user’s account so they can be the new manager of that list.
